About

Hi ! I’m Baptiste, and I’m a first year PhD student in the ATLAS group at the University of Sheffield, working under the supervision of Prof. Davide Costanzo and Prof. Daniel Tovey. We’re hunting for the elusive squarks, hypothetical particles predicted by Supersymmetry, and to do so we’re using the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. Click here to find out more about my research, or here to download a public version of my CV.

I believe an important part of my work as a scientist is to communicate my research, which is why I try to blog regularly about physics and am always keen to take part in outreach activities.

Students can find relevant material on my Teaching page.
